A 22 sq m room with 5 sq m balcony in three-bedroom apartment (4+1), all other rooms are free to use (except of my bedroom in which I have my office now)
Maximum of three people including children (the apartment is not mine, I’m renting it and this is the condition of the owners of the house), children from the age of five
For three months, after that as per agreement (again this is the owners’ condition)
I work at a home office
The whole house is non-smoking
Ideally someone who likes dogs at least a bit than just tolerating them
